Many individuals are unhappy with the way they look and feel and they do not know where to start in order to make significant positive changes in their lives. They get caught up in the next fad diet and never attain sustainable results and get caught in a vicious cycle. We have been conditioned to consume in certain ways and it is having detrimental effects on our health and well being.
