In it, we talk about how she became clear on what she really was passionate about back in high school.
We talk about how her career as a life-coach really began in one of her most difficult times. She didn't feel qualified at first, and I'm sure many of us can relate when we're first getting started. However she took step after step in this direction, and the more steps that she took, the more doors opened up. It's a great example of why we need to always move toward our dreams, and not give up because we feel like we can't, or that we aren't qualified. Remember guys, no one has a record of accomplishing something until they start doing it. If you don't start, you won't do it, plain and simple.
We talk about how to reset your state, if you're going through a rough patch and need some help to move past it in the moment. She goes into detail about loving and caring for yourself, and how that can help you to live an empowered life, and positively impact your own life, and the lives of the people around you.
Some notes and quotes:
[10:25] The most challenging thing about being about starting a business as a life coach
[12:54] Play to your strengths. Don't spend all your time working to become okay at something you're bad at. Become the best at what you're good at, and outsource the rest.
[16:00] What defines a powerful mindset? Positivity is a big part. Will is a lot more powerful than our feelings. Shutting down feelings isn't helpful, acknowledging them is powerful, but knowing that we have our will is even more powerful to direct where we go. Because we can choose positivity, we can acknowledge what's going on and choose and reset to joy, reset to peace. That's very powerful.
