Description

This week I have a conversation with Heidi Howes, a modern-day Shaman and Intuitive Coach. So many of us in the modern day get bogged down with distractions that keep us from being the best we can be. We get swamped with work, with school, with relationship issues- sometimes to the point where we can't see the brighter side. Heidi guides her clients to find their true-self and ultimately to live a more fulfilled life.

In this episode, we kind of go all over. Heidi has a lot of experience to share from. This episode is a bit different from my other talks with entrepreneurs since we talk about things like religion, magic, truth, understanding etc. If you aren't accustomed to that, one way to think of it is a life coach with a spiritual perspective.

I'm always intrigued by the different ways that we can navigate the world that we live in, whether we're struggling with our job, family, self or whatever- it's refreshing to know that there is no singular right way to get back to normal, but that there is a myriad of paths we can take. It's more of just finding the one that suits us best.

It's interesting to see how so many of the things that bother us internally and end up affecting our lives come around full circle. Understanding ourselves ultimately leads to a better understanding of our world.

Don't be afraid to separate from the things in your life that don't align with who you are, whether that's a job, relationship, bad habits or whatever. Of course, that doesn't mean to quit your life right away, but to begin exit strategies. It's still the beginning of the year when this goes live, so make some goals. Begin to form healthy habits to grow your life into one that you love and that empowers who you are.

If you want to help the show sharing is great, and ratings and reviews in iTunes also help. They make it easier for others to find us and hear the messages from all of the guests that we have on.
