Description

One of the most interesting concepts that I took away from this episode was Elisa's view on time and scarcity.
A lot of us believe go through life feeling like time is this concrete thing. We get busy, and often tell ourselves and others that we don't have time.
We don't have time to prepare meals.
Don't have time to attend your kids birthday.
Don't have time to exercise.
Don't have time to look for a better job.
But what if we did?
Somehow, we are able to make time for things that are truly important. We make room in our lives for the things and the people that really matter to us.
Take for example, a medical emergency. If a family member or friend is in a car accident, and needs our attention, there is little to no hesitation in attending to that situation. If someone close needs to borrow some cash for food or rent, who wouldn't find a way to help them out? (if you actually cared, that is).
The point is, when crisis hits, we find a way. But why wait for crisis to hit? Knowing that this is a reality, that we can create the resources when we truly need to, why should we wait for an emergency to do it?
Our bodies are the only ones that we'll ever have. If we wait for crisis to hit before making the time to take care of it, then it's already too late. Adjust the mindset of not having enough time. Adjust out of that scarcity mindset, into one where you can find a way. And watch how your life can change.
