Today we have Gina Molinari, a classically-trained opera singer from New Jersey with a passion for coaching others into finding their authentic and powerful voice- in both professional and personal contexts. All of our communication is predicated on language, whether it's verbal or physical (body) language, and it's surprising out often we think we're saying one thing, when the language that we're projecting is saying something else. Her coaching helps to bridge the gap between what we say and what we mean, to convey our most authentic self.
Using language to break out auto-pilot operating state. Practice self-awareness in your daily life. Just because there's a way that you've been reacting to something, doesn't mean that that is the way it has to be. Just because a certain trigger might make you angry, doesn't mean you have to react by punching a wall.
The language that we use with ourselves is so important. From the time we're young, we begin to develop a subconscious internal dialogue. For some of us, maybe that dialogue isn't so positive. It is possible to change that and use it to improve our lives and move in the direction that we want to go.
