There are so many programs, systems, techniques and apps that are geared toward time management. So. Many. I'm not going to tell you what to try in this episode - but I will give some ideas.
The whole point, however, is that for you to really become someone who is "good" at mastering their time - you have to figure out what works for you. Not what works for your neighbor, not what the influencers say, not what magically shows up on your Instagram feed....what works for you.
