We have 50,000 - 70,000 thoughts a day (!) - 95% of which most would classify as negative. That is a lot for our brains to handle!  Knowing that our thoughts ultimately create our results - we need to make sure we are intentional about believing thoughts that serve us.  However, with so many 'negative' thoughts offered by our brain - we can easily get stuck. 

In this episode, Angie talks about what limiting beliefs are, how to identify them and steps you can take to replace them.
