We are all familiar with stress. It definitely shows up in our roles as a leader (in addition to all the other areas of life!).
But did you know that we have control over how we respond to stress? This is everything. Taking the reigns on both the proactive approach to minimizing stress and the reactions we have to situations that create stress is so very powerful. It impacts how we show up, how our teams experience us and the workplace the results we ultimately create.
