Listen

Description

When life feels uncertain—whether it’s due to organizational change, societal shifts, or personal transitions—it can be hard to feel like we’re “thriving.” In this episode, I explore a question a client recently asked: “Is there a module on thriving through uncertainty?” We unpack that word thriving, examine why uncertainty is so unsettling for our brains, and walk through practical ways to manage ourselves and support others during those uncertain in-between moments.

I also revisit key concepts from Episodes 113 and 114 about navigating change and transition, including the Bridges Transition Model and the role of personality preferences. You'll learn how uncertainty affects our emotions, bodies, and behaviors—and how to regain a sense of agency with exercises like identifying fears, controlling the controllables, and leaning into connection.

Uncertainty doesn’t require perfection—it asks for presence, awareness, and self-compassion. Let’s talk about how to lead through it.

Enjoy!
