Description

In this fourth episode of the podcast series talking about the book "Dare to Lead" by Dr. Brené Brown, we get real about shame and empathy.  Nobody is exempt from the feeling of shame - yet we are often so uncomfortable talking about it.

We talk about what it looks like if shame is a part of leadership and the organizational culture.

We also get deep into the (learnable) skill of empathy.  Empathy is the exact opposite of shame and, when authentically practiced, creates an envirnoment of care and, well, human goodness.

This is all about section four of part one.

So many take-aways for every leader!

Take a listen - let's normalize shame and spread empathy!
