We are making tiny and not-so-tiny decisions all of the time. Some don't take much thought. But then there are those that we see as "difficult". We allow ourselves to stay stuck in the "I don't know".
One thing that makes a difference is WHERE we make the decision from. We often make decisions from our past - where we have built up our experience and belief. But what if we made decisions from the future? What if we tapped into the version of us who has created the leadership and the life we most want?
