Just one little word in a sentence can completely change how that message is received. While we can't control what other people think - we can bring awareness to the possible impacts our words might have.
With that awareness - we are more open to leading with curiosity. This will always cultivate a higher level of trust and connection between the leader the employee (or whomever you are interacting with).
