Daisy Boateng is a Marketing Director by day and fashion influencer by night. Having worked at L'Oréal for over 9 years, her personal ambition is to increase diversity within the beauty industry. She has worked in Australia, Paris (and soon New York), and has recently set up The Step Up Sorority to get young BAME graduates into their chosen careers.
