The Therapy, Etc. Podcast is a bi-monthly conversation with Patricia Alvarado, a licensed mental health therapist in Los Angeles, Ca. Therapy, Etc. grew from a need to decrease the stigma surrounding mental health and my hope is that this podcast helps normalize everyday experiences. We will be exploring various topics that "move us" throughout our life and digging deep into all things mental health, because when you think about it, in one way or another, all things encompass mental health.
