This week we talk about the movie that likely started it all: Rounders. This is one of our favorites. We have recasted this movie at least a dozen times over the years and we are both pretty sure that it was the first one we ever did. Rounders is one of the movies that informed our late teens and early 20's. It was quoted relentlessly. To the point that it became part of how we communicated. It was also taught us how to play what became our favorite card game and a national sensation, Texas Hold'em. Good guys, bad guys, best friends and big pots. This movie is the best.
