The 40th President of the United States, Ronald Reagan, is held up by many as the epitome of conservatism. The question is, how conservative was he? I am joined by Senior Fellow at the Independent Institute, Ivan Eland to answer this question. I asked Eland specifically about President Reagan concerning entitlements, taxes, regulation and limited government. We also delved into Reagan’s foreign policy, the Cold War and Iran Contra.
