We will try an experiment to explore and understand better how our body posture affects us. We will also try two simple exercises to change our state of mind, and boost our confidence in only two minutes.

When we don't feel confident, we pull our body inwards, we shrink, make ourselves smaller . When we feel confident, we tend to sit or stand up a bit taller, hold our head up, our shoulders back and down. As our body language changes, our body chemistry changes and we can tap into this for all kinds of magic, both erotic and non-erotic.
