Welcome to Day One of the Practice & Profit Boot Camp! Today, we're looking at the full picture, where coaches and practitioners are leaving results (and money) on the table.
1. Think about a past client — what questions should you have asked?
2. Reach back out. It's always easier to re-engage someone who already said yes once.
3. What's one thing you can change in your current approach — maybe even with a client you're seeing this afternoon?
4. Stop giving everything away in the first session. Make it an intake, not a giveaway.
5. Consider your pricing structure: are you selling sessions, or are you selling a journey?
Let's dive in!
