Women's cycles are a superpower that can be tapped into, if you know when, how, and what to do. Cycles also go through different phases that must be understood and respected. 

 

Today on the podcast I'm interviewing Megan from Zesty Ginger. Megan talks about the nutritional approach she uses for women with hormonal imbalances, and how, in her experience, intermittent fasting and keto diet are not the best in these cases.

 

Megan co-created Zesty Ginger with Alex, and both of these women have gone through their own personal journeys regarding hormonal balance, and learned how to optimize their bodies' functions according to the phase they are going through instead of going against them.
