What system do you have, that you need to creatively destroy? When considering scaling, growth, and reaching the proverbial next level- we must first make sure we aren't tying ourselves every day to an anchor.
Review what system you've built, that no longer serve you. What practices do you have, that no longer serve you? If you are running a business, you should not run a $2M business the same way you run a $200K business.
But it's easy to try. And then our time and energy are wasted on making our old system work when we really needed to just burn it to the ground. If you've had the same customers for three years, offer the same product mix, and charge the same amountโyou or your customers are on the verge of outgrowing each other.

Evaluate what system you have that is holding you back. Is it driving 90 minutes to have a friend work on your car, instead of paying retail just to save a buck? Are you being "cheap with your time"? There are truth, beauty, and growth in destruction. But first, you need the courage to light it on fire.
