In Episode 12, we are going to talk about how you can create better habits for 2022 and reflect on New Year resolutions!
We're going to start off by hearing some of my personal reflections and thoughts on this past year - and on the concept of "New Year's resolution". We will discuss how the Annalist is able to implement structure and processes, and how this is a key function to achieve a successful year!
In this episode, you'll hear about Saoirse's personal experience of trying to implement new habits, and why she recommends reading the book "Atomic Habits" if you plan to embark on that journey too.
We'll also learn about the "75 Hard Challenge", and how even an experienced and trained person can fail if the proper steps aren't taken. Saoirse will explain why preparation and structure are key to set yourself up for success.
Towards the end of the episode, Saorise will talk about the concept of balance and explain why every year she has a word she associated with it.
