Description

Following up with the theme of the last episode, in this episode Brian debriefs his plan for the next two weeks where he'll be entering a caloric deficit process. In order to stay on track, Brian will keep track of his calories on a daily basis, while paying attention to his macronutrients. He talks about the protein sources he will be choosing for this period and the "seesaw" analogy used for carbohydrates and healthy fats.

 

During this time, Brian explains that "the enemy is near" and a few life situations can make him fall off track; like a social event with friends or the daily routine with his family.
