Confidence is the ability to trust and believe you can do what you want. Confidence is a skill. And like every skill, it will bring results through repetition. So, confidence can be interpreted as something you do, not something you feel. We often see ourselves in a new environment, doing new things, and practicing new hobbies, and don't feel confident. It's all common but temporary.
