Jared Moore is the owner and operator of Aqua Aces LLC. A commercial parking lot and building exterior maintenance company; Aqua Aces has continued growing even through a pandemic along with the myriad of other challenges that today’s business environment throws an entrepreneur’s way.
Originally from Oakwood Texas, a small town of less than 500; growing up in a small town taught Jared the value of hard work, sacrifice, discipline, and to be “tougher than boiled shoe leather.” Jared grew up working on ranches, construction, as well as hunting, fishing, playing sports, and being heavily involved in academic pursuits. Jared was the first in his family and only member of his class to graduate from a major university.
Graduating from Texas A&M with a bachelor of Economics in 2007 during a global recession led Jared to work in a small bank in College Station. This gave Jared great insight into and great experience with small business lending. In 2009 to further his skill set Jared took a job with Sewell Automotive a luxury car dealer where he not only benefited from elite sales training, he also met Paul Clarke.
Jared began working for PPC Loan in the Allstate Lending Department. After working on loans for Allstate, dentists, veterinarians, and trying to bolster deposits for partner banks; Jared was presented with an opportunity to purchase two books of business and merge them together. Working with the two agencies Jared found that he loved turning around businesses by improving their processes, re-investing, and building rock star staff. Jared and Paul would eventually team up to identify folks who would be great agency owners and help them open scratch agencies. He would go on to participate in other endeavors including a training hub for LSP’s, and even an IV infusion therapy clinic.
In 2019 Jared sold his main Allstate location and having to much energy to be idle for long, began working on the company that would become Aqua Aces. He went on to purchase certain assets from a parking lot company in the Woodlands TX to add on to Aqua Aces suite of services.
Jared currently lives in Montgomery Tx with his wife Maegan, son Jett, and daughter Lilly. Jared still enjoys hunting, fishing, sports, but loves family time including family movie night the most.
