It seems as if we can just be certain about how things are going to go, that we can be ok.
But there's a far more useful and beneficial way of going about it.
Instead of hoping the other people are going to cooperate, planning to the max, and trying to predict the future, what if we strengthened our ability to deal with uncertainty?
Basically: since certainty isn't coming for us, let's learn how to deal with uncertainty.
