Ever since the start of the pandemic, I've found myself outdoors. Craving the fresh air, the space, and the sounds and smells of the Earth. And after a year+ of being so dedicated to getting outside, nature is seeping into so many areas of my life: from hobbies (hiking) and social get-togethers (walking with a friend instead of going out to dinner) all the way to coaching.

So this week on podcast, we're going to explore a new concept I've been finding very useful: your mind as a garden.
