Welcome to a 4-part series that I'm doing through feed called: Mindfulness Monday.

Each Monday from August 8 - August 29 we're going to explore a different aspect of mindfulness meditation. By now, no doubt you've heard about the benefits of meditation. Maybe you've tried it yourself, but it hasn't stuck...or maybe you're not sure where to start.

Whatever your experience so far with meditation, you're *here* because you want to find relief from anxiety. And I've heard from many of you that you're looking for a way in with meditation.
