Sometime it is difficult to know exactly how to care for yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.  We think that taking the day off to relax is self-care, but then we spend the whole day binge watching Netflix we are avoiding our true feelings and feel terrible afterword.  Self-care feels different than avoidance behavior.  Learning how to tell the difference and understand your needs, then change your avoidant behavior, is where your true self-care work begins.
