Hello! I don't think we talk about this enough. This is what you normally hear when you're hearing someone's story when they were down. "Yes, I was down and out, but I got myself backup." Or, some version of that same story. And that's great. But I also think that it's important to feel those emotions when you're down and out. I understand. You don't like pain so you try to fix it or numb the feeling as soon as possible. But from my experience, that doesn't really work out too well in the end. So slow down and allow yourself to feel those emotions.
