In this episode I share more about some of the things that has distracted me. We are busy people and it's easy to get distracted. We need to learn to stay focused and prioritize what's most important and do those things first. Massive action gets massive results.

 

Doing little things everyday are also important. Little by little, a little becomes a lot. Compound Effect. A 5-minute workout is better than no workout. Brushing your teeth for 3 minutes everyday is better than brushing your teeth for 90 minutes every month. There are lots of examples you can come up with.
