Do you want to start feeling happy? Give gratitude a try. I mean, seriously, write down the things you're grateful for on a piece of paper everyday and watch your life change.When I start being grateful, I immediately feel happy but imagine doing that for a week or a month or a year or a decade! This is one of my favorite topics because it's so simple but not enough people practice it. So I will keep talking about gratitude until I see more and more people practice it.
