"Existential Flexibility is the capacity to initiate an extreme disruption to a business model or strategic course in order to more effectively advance a Just Cause." (Simon Sinek) It may not be popular or might even hurt the bottom line but if it effectively advances the Just Cause then it's something that should be done. Finite Minded players may see it as too risky while Infinite Minded players would see the current path as the bigger risk or even the demise of the organization.
