Hello family, I hope you are doing well on this day. Awareness is becoming a buzzword these days but what it really comes down to is paying attention to how you feel and thinking about why you're feeling that way. It's not a secret sauce. It can be really hard sometimes to figure out if your emotions are coming from your past baggage that you never dealt with. Or, if it's a valid emotion because it is who you are deep in your core. I have to work on this one every day and I hope you do too.
