Hello Family! I know some of you are currently in bad situations right now but this one tool that I've used over and over again might help you. REFRAMING. If you REFRAME your current reality and start seeing it as something better, then you'll be happier. Seeing the positive instead of the negative in life is a skill that we all need to learn. Once you do that,  you'll see more and more things to be grateful for in your life. It takes practice but I think it's worth it because life is better when we see as a glass half full. Cheers!
