We did something fun for this episode by recording an off-the-cuff episode while we were on the road in San Diego.   

This episode came about because Kathleen realized she needed to be more intentional with the topics she’s covering on her livestreams, so they dovetail more seamlessly into her offers (done-for-you programs). She loves teaching about marketing and social media, so as she and Karen were discussing this, Karen suggested that teaching about using livestream video would be a great fit for some of the topics (livestreaming involves social media and marketing).

Livestreaming is a good fit for a topic because her programs can be made even more effective when coaches add an element of live video, such as running challenge and/or running online group programs. The programs can also be made more successful when coaches use livestream video to promote and fill them, so it’s a great fit.

You want to think about how you can tie in what you like to teach about that will also lead to your paid offers in a seamless and non-salesy way, and in this episode, you’ll get ideas on how to do just that.
