Galit S. Zarco, MS RD LDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of Eat Live Nutrition, a holistic nutrition and wellness practice in Miami Beach.
She was born in Cali, Colombia and grew up in Miami most of her life. Galit obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and a Master’s in Dietetics and Nutrition. She has been practicing for over seven years. In addition to her private practice, Galit is proud to be the in house dietitian nutritionist for various health & wellness centers such as Miami Beach Pediatrics, Epic Wellness Clinic, Equilibrium Rehab Center and BodyTek Fitness.
Galit’s mission is to provide professional guidance, elevate health awareness and deliver personalized nutrition care to each and every patient. She believes that everyone deserves to feel their best, reach their healthiest weight, and control any medical conditions that they may have. She dedicates her time guiding and motivating children and adults in order to instill significant lifestyle improvements naturally over time.
