Here’s a word none of us want to hear: layoff. It can bring panic. What do we do with that layoff? Do we allow it to make us bitter or better?
We’re talking about that in today’s episode of The Workforce Link with our special guest, Tricia Sitemere.
Tricia is the founder of CTRL Alt Delete, which is a personal mantra of hers. It stands for “Take CTRL of Your Future, Alt-er Your Mindset and Delete all doubt which has been core to her work with her clients.
Tricia has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies supporting University Recruiting and Diversity and Inclusion. She began in Learning and Development writing and facilitating corporate training and branched into the Talent Acquisition space. She is a published author and an alumna of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned her degree in Advertising, and Simmons University, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Communication Management. She currently resides in Dallas, TX but works with clients worldwide.
We're excited to have her on the show as a guest today as we discuss bouncing back after a layoff.
