Spontaneous word...turn on the microphone and just flow. What is on my heart right now is difficult to communicate. I am seeing turbulence coming rapidly...the signs are all around. Most of all, we are undergoing changes in our bodies, our cycles, and the external landscape. The solution: go inside. Go deep. The bear is a symbol of the inner walk, the "walk between worlds"...external hibernation...internal walking in the spirit. Nature speaks to us in the rhythms and cycles...heed them and you will be guided.

I saw more than I can tell and understand more than I saw; for I was seeing in a sacred manner the shapes of all things in the spirit, and the shape of all shapes as they must live together like one being.
