Randy Holden has been called Rock music's long lost guitar great of the 60's and 70's era…he may better be called a voice of prophetic, spiritual music in the 21st century. He has opened for The Rolling Stones on their debut Los Angeles concert, played lead guitar with the pioneering psychedelic blues-rock band, Blue Cheer; and formed one of the earliest rock duos,Population II, in 1970.
Today, he writes and records music from the perspective of a spiritual encounter: pure sounds with a resonance in the Spirit. We talk on a wide range of subjects, including early influences, the music industry...but we hit on some VERY fascinating subjects related to sound, the Creator, the scriptures, and spiritual adventures and insights.
