Why do I always feel like there just aren't enough hours in the day to do everything I want? How can I reclaim my time? Is it possible for me to structure my life in a way that best suits my desires and needs?

These are just some of the big questions that I will help you answer in this podcast!.

We'll cover a myriad of topics, interviews, and discussions through different seasons. In the first season, best-selling author Angie Morgan interviews me about my book, Thursday Is The New Friday and we delve deep into the behind-the-scenes and how I think through it. 

In the second season, I will be interviewing people who have embodied the 4-day workweek system. This is where discussions will be had around the pros and cons of the 4-day workweek compared to the industrialist system, what works and does not, and different ways in which people can reclaim their time which translates to reclaiming their life.

If you've read the book and you've implemented the 4-day workweek, and even if you've not yet read the book but you're already having 3 or 4 day weekends, I want to hear from you. I want to hear what's working for you.
