If you're selling on Etsy, you need to be familiar with this policy. This new rule has been all over Instagram, and it's been causing some confusion. I have seen people sharing the part that says if 1%+ of your reviews are poor (1-2 stars), then Etsy can shut down your shop. While that is true, there are several other factors that people aren't sharing. Today, I'm breaking down all parts of this new policy.
