EP35 I spoke to Adam Is Parker knives Australia about how the knife making industry has changed in the 31 years he's been in it. He proved to be a wealth of knowledge. Having been in the knife making industry many years and having taught many people over that time it was clear there wasn't many subjects he didn't know something about. We spoke about everything from the Australian knife makers guild to Conan the Barbarian. His intimate knowledge of knifes has allowed him to be in the position he is now, building a full-scale knife making school which will allow him to teach classes more efficiently to more people at a time.
