1930 - New York City. Times are tough for some and happy for others but on this wretched Halloween night, no one's going to be spared.
The Tomboy Tarts, Persis & Raven are psychic detectives who are called in to exorcise a retirement home full of demon-possessed old farts but on Halloween night, our heroes are powerless as Necessary Evil, an evil and powerful demonic spirit of hangover proportions is about to attack and destroy the city.
Together with the circus travelling troupe of AhhGee, the detectives must find a way to bring this force down to it's pencil socks or else....
