Today we're going to be answering the question, "Is gold a good investment?"
One of the biggest reasons people consider buying gold as an investment is its price appreciation. Gold has a 20 year average annual rate of return of 8.8%. Now this is only a few percentage points behind stocks over the same time frame.
You can't argue that an almost 9% annual rate of return is bad. But that's not the only benefit of buying gold.
Let's talk about some of my other favorite reasons to purchase this precious metal.
