The band was founded in the winter of 1997, idealized by Dewindson Wolfheart. RAVENLAND´s music is a mixture between heavy of METAL and melodic haunted atmosphere of GOTHIC.
I In the winter of 2007 the band began working in FUSÃO STUDIO at São Paulo, recording a new album with the producer Ricardo Confessori (ex-ANGRA and SHAMAN). He played the drums in the new album because Rick (drums) had some health problems. Rick was unable to follow the band because of his health condition, 3 months later ARIEL BEDTCHER join in the band as new drummer.
The new album brings yet, the special guest Tommy Lindal (ex-THEATRE OF TRAGEDY) that played guitar in one track.
