We all have bad days. It happens to every single one of us. And our understanding of a bad day is different – for me it was spilling candle wax on the sofa! In this episode I'm going to show you how we can reframe those bad days and get ourselves out of it. 

Bad days can feel like they're distracting you from the things you should be doing, but they're also part of the karmic life cycle we're all in. So we need to accept the bad without dwelling in them.
