Sometimes we can feel powerless or helpless, as if circumstances are so devastating that they cannot change. Just because you feel powerless does not mean that you actually are powerless. The enemy is trying to wear you down, but you don't have to take it!
One vital benefit of a believer's salvation package is the power to stand and prevail against the devil and demonic forces. You have the authority to take the Word of God, the name of Jesus, and the power of the Holy Spirit and run satan out of your affairs. James 4:7 tells us to resist the devil and he will flee from you!
