Description

Everyone has their own way of moving through life. Do you feel you work better when life is fast paced, slow paced, or in between? This episode talks about knowing what gears serve you best.

My mother and I have an inside joke about me having two modes of operation. In one mode, I’m laser focused and no one can stop me from accomplishing what I set out to do. I’m here to spend quality solo time with you for EP189’s Wise Walk as we discover our True Stride. I’ve learned to accept these two modes of operation for myself. I think there are a lot of different circumstances that have contributed to that reality of mine, so I’d like to discuss that more with all of you.

On our Wise Walk, we discuss knowing what gears serve you best. It’s time to really structure your life for the kind of experiences you want. Come with me as we reflect on these Wise Walk questions:
