Description

It’s been a crazy holiday season, and this year has been no exception for me. I just got back from New York and it was a whirlwind of catching up with people I hadn’t seen in ages. I stayed up late, got up early and packed as much in as I could. It was so much fun but now I’m paying the price.

So if you’re wondering what’s up with my voice I have a cold and my body is telling me to slow down. So on today’s Wise Walk I want to focus on the importance of rest, taking time to recharge and creating space to recover when life gets too crazy. Let’s take a moment to pause and reflect.

Thank you for joining me today. I’m taking a moment to recharge, and I hope you’ll do the same. During this busy holiday season, think about how you can be present for yourself and give back to yourself in ways that feel aligned.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on today’s episode, so feel free to reach out. I’ll be back next Thursday for another wise walk, hopefully feeling and sounding better. Until then, prioritize fun, enjoy the holiday season, and remember to read the signs, direct your path, and get your stride on.
