In today's podcast, I'm going to talk to you about my dieting phase.
I decided to go on an eight-week diet go from 92.5kg down to 88kg.
The reason I decided to do this is that I have to be at a fighting weight of 86kg.
Even though the diet was eight weeks I didn't really have a time constraint with how long it would take because I wasn't in a rush since I don't know when my fight will be.
I decided to record today's podcast because I want to share with you what I did for my diet, how I went about it and how I set myself up for success.
